Nairobi: partnership with AHK Eastern Africa
Founder Lea Maffengang travelled to Nairobi with a delegation of IHK Nürnberg. At AHK Eastern Africa, the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa, we entered into a partnership: the AHK recruits and qualifies talent in Kenya through its programme African Skills 4 Germany, DK Zuvis brings the German companies and handles matching, relocation and integration.
The trip also included meetings with Kenyan institutions, among them the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA), and visits to Nairobi National Polytechnic: automotive workshops, the Engineering Department and the School of Hospitality. We know the training structures our candidates come from.
