Privacy policy
This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: EU hosting, cookieless analytics, no ad trackers, external content only via a two-click solution. Below we inform you about the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13/14 GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Hosting
The website is hosted on Vercel with an EU region; the database is with an EU provider. Technically necessary data (IP address, time, page accessed) is processed in server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry we process name, company, email, phone (optional), sector, number of apprentices sought and your message including the time of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Data is stored in our database, sent to us by email, and you receive a confirmation. Emails are sent via our processor Resend (Art. 28 GDPR). Deletion after processing is completed, at the latest after.
4. Intro call booking (Cal.com)
The booking calendar only loads after your active click (two-click solution). Only then is data transferred to Cal.com; Cal.com's privacy policy applies. Booked appointments are mirrored in our database (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Download centre
For downloads we collect name and company email and log the retrieval (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, documentation and sales interest).
6. Newsletter (double opt-in)
Your email address only becomes active after you confirm the sign-up link (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Sent via Resend.
7. Cookieless web analytics
We use Plausible/Umami, cookieless and without personal tracking. Therefore no cookie banner is required (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and may revoke any consent at any time with future effect. Supervisory authority: Thuringian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Candidate data
For candidates of our projects, additionally: transfer to companies only with consent and only within the specific application process; deletion after completion or termination of the procedure. Details in the candidates' contract documents.
